When large batches with a complex or a simple shape are required, then for cost purposes pressing and punching may be the way to go. With our Clicker and Power press machines components can be repetitively produced with fairly low cost tooling.We are now producing many templates for use in the Crafts industries from materials such as Pripak Polypropylene. Other examples of materials and parts pressed are Cork Gasket, Rubber and Neoprene Seals, Polyester and Mylar Insulation, PVC Covers, Vulcanised Fibre, Pressphan and Phenolics.
